Exchange Policy
1. Orders can only be changed within 3 hours after placing your order.
2. Once an exchange is completed, returns will not be acceptable.

Cancellation Policy
1. The order can be canceled for free within 3 hours after placing your order.
2. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Policy
As we only sell new, quality products with all our love and passion instead of refurbished or used products, all eligible returned items will be deducted a 40% re-stocking fee. Please notice that custom made items could not be returned, if you're not satisfied with your item, please contact our customer service for further help by sending emails to support@mirrorpass.com. Thanks for your understanding!
1. Items returned within 14 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, please feel free to cantact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
3. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.
4. Care and styling product, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
5. After the return request has been authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.
Eligible Products
In original condition with tags attached (items have not been cut, worn, altered or damaged) and in original packaging.
2. Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)
3. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from receiving your original order. No returns/exchanges will be processed after 14 days of receipt. A wig hygiene guard must be provided when trying the wig on. This helps to maintain the product's eligibility for exchange/return.
4. Custom order (including custom color, length, cap size, style) and Celebrity style are ineligible for exchange or return.
NOTE:
1. We have shot a picture for every packed item with the original condition.
2. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or Mediation will be process instantly from Mirrorpass account. However, it may take 7-10 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
